Warranty Coverage

At Novvita, we are committed to providing high-quality plumbing products engineered for durability and performance. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

Faucets & Cartridges
• Limited 5-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty is valid only if installation is performed by a licensed master plumber.

Acrylic Products (Bathtubs & Shower Bases)
• Limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
• Installation must be performed by a licensed master plumber for warranty coverage to apply.

Shower & Bathtub Doors / Screens
• Limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
• Seals and wear components are excluded from this warranty.
• Installation must be performed by a licensed master plumber.

Sinks & Stainless Steel Sink Accessories
• Limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
• Includes stainless steel sinks and accessories (e.g., strainers, grids, etc.).
• Installation must be performed by a licensed master plumber.

Toilets
• Limited 5-year warranty on porcelain and internal tank components.
• Limited 1-year warranty on seats and installation hardware.
• This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only and does not include any associated costs.
• Installation must be performed by a licensed master plumber.

General Conditions & Limitations

• This limited warranty applies only under normal use and proper maintenance.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Warranty coverage is conditional upon installation by a licensed master plumber where specified.

• This warranty does not apply to stains, corrosion, or malfunctions caused by iron-rich water, hard water, salt water, or other adverse water conditions.

• This warranty shall be void in cases of improper installation, improper operation, negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, improper maintenance, or use for unintended purposes.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novvita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, or any costs related to labor, materials, removal, installation, or replacement of products.

• Novvita shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the use, misuse, or installation of its products.

• This warranty is limited strictly to the product itself and does not extend to any associated equipment, components, or installation services.
